- We offer free design. Provide us with a photo, art, or anything else you’d like to use in digital format and give us a rough idea of how you would like the finished product to look. Our designers will take care of the rest at NO CHARGE!
- We do not charge a setup charge. Your new order will be the same price as a repeat order. You can change the copy on every order and never pay a penny more.
- We do not charge for copy changes. If you order 5,000 adult cards, 1,000 teen cards, and 4,000 children’s cards, you will get the 10,000 price on all items, just as if you ordered only 1 item. We use state-of-the-art digital presses, so copy changes do not matter; only the materials and die cut need to be the same, and there must be a minimum of 1000 copies of each lot.
- The color process or full color is the same price as a colored ink like blue or green. Yes, that’s right, you can have a picture for the same price as putting your name in one color. Now, you can create the quality card you desire at a price you can afford.
- Durability is one, if not the most, important aspect of a plastic card. You purchased a plastic card for durability, so you must ensure the cards you buy are manufactured to last. If they are cheaply made, they will quickly fall apart, costing you more money in the long run because you must keep ordering more in shorter periods. Be sure you use someone who is or uses a Teslin card manufacturer. All of our cards are printed on Teslin.
A card is only as good as its weakest link. For a card to last, it must bond, not just stick to the surface. When the lamination is applied to the core stock, the hot melt adhesive must penetrate through the ink and into the surface of the core stock. With Teslin, a physical bond and a chemical bond are formed between the adhesive and the Teslin. If you use a regular synthetic, the ink is on the surface, and the adhesive bonds to the ink, not to the core, so your card is only as good as the bond between the ink and the core stock. The bond between the ink and the core stock is the weakest link in the manufacturing process, so we use Teslin, which bonds to the adhesive and is up to 10 times stronger, lasting up to 10 times longer.
